Engage and manage your own contractor for site preparation, foundations, and necessary infrastructure.
Ensure the site is fully ready for module delivery and installation.
Coordinate with Red Earth Homes for seamless module integration.

Our Role

Deliver your modular home or facility as per the agreed timeline.
Provide technical support and installation guidance.
Ensure all modules meet industry standards and compliance requirements.

2. Full Turnkey – We Manage Everything

For a hassle-free experience, our Full Turnkey option covers the entire process from start to finish, ensuring compliance and quality at every stage.

What We Handle:

Complete project management from design to final compliance sign-off.
Site preparation, including earthworks, foundation laying, and utility connections.
Delivery and full installation of modular units.
Interior and exterior finishes to ensure a move-in-ready solution.
Coordination with local authorities to secure compliance and approvals.
